How Long Does Each Session Last?
Each session typically lasts 50 minutes in duration and may be conducted either in person or virtually. During the initial session, I will provide an overview of the therapeutic process and collaboratively establish the goals you wish to pursue.
Rates and Insurance
What If I Need to Cancel or Reschedule?
The Ideal You Therapy currently charges for individual therapy $120 -PayPal & Cash are accepted for payment.
A variety of insurances are also accepted. Please review the services section page.

Is Counseling Confidential?​​

Yes, confidentiality is a cornerstone of the therapeutic relationship and is maintained with the utmost care and professionalism. All information shared during counseling sessions is kept strictly confidential in accordance with HIPAA regulations and the ethical standards of the counseling profession.
However, there are specific situations in which confidentiality may be legally or ethically breached, including:

If there is reason to believe you are at risk of harming yourself or others

If there is suspected abuse or neglect of a child, elderly person, or vulnerable adult

If records are subpoenaed by a court of law

If you provide written consent for the release of your information

Outside of these circumstances, your privacy will be fully respected and protected throughout the counseling process.
We understand that unforeseen events can occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours notice to avoid any fees or charges.
